St. Rocco’s January Reading with René and Snyder

St. Rocco’s Readings for the Dispossessed presents an evening of poetry with Xavier René & Chloe Bliss Snyder from The Russell Sage Review.
Reception begins at 4:30 and the reading begins at 5pm.
Xavier René is a Troy playwright and poet who just graduated from Russell Sage College having studied Theater and English, started writing in his sophomore year and has won a couple of small writing awards at his college. As a poet he has appeared in his college literary mag The REV several times and works as an officer for the the mag.

Chloe Bliss Snyder is a Troy-based poet from Middleburgh, NY. She is a senior at Russell Sage College where she won their annual poetry contest in 2018. She boycotted last year’s contest. She is the editor of The REV, Sage’s literature and art journal.
